A detailed explanation of getting your mail box working, please read below.
1, Create your account. Your new account will allow you to manage your mail box and mail. Join us today. 2, Purchase your mail box. After creating your account, you will be able to purchase your box. When this is complete, your new address will be instantly available. Your address can be given to friends, family, bank and even government agencies. If you purchase your box on a yearly basis your will need to add credit first, but on our monthly plan we do not require any down payment. Once your mail box is purchased you will have access to your Private Inbox which gives you total control of your post. 3, Now your box is ready, you can set it up. Your mail box comes with a number of postal identifiers. Each identifier allows you to filter mail for specific people. If you do not care who the mail is for, then you can simply rely on the Catch All identifier, which is already setup for you. You will have the following options for your postal identifiers: Synchronize - Very useful if you rely on our automated mail forwarding. If you have more than one postal Identifier, but you want the mail to go to the same address, you should do this. It will allow us to bundle the mail together saving you money, if you do not sync your identifiers, mail will be sent in individual bundles. Forward mail to - This is your forwarding address. It can be whatever you choose. This is exactly what we print on our shipping label. Service Options - - You can choose from Economy, Air or Express shipment. Please see our Price Calculator to find out how much it will cost to forward your mail. Forwarding Times - Allows you to choose when your mail is forwarded. If you do not want your mail forwarded, then choose Hold. You can always manually queue your mail for forwarding from your inbox. Notes for Dispatch - Let us know extra details about forwarding your mail. These notes are seen by our forwarding team. Please note that this is the only time we see it.
