Free Document Destruction & Recycling

If you do not need to send your mail we can take care of it for you. Mail is destroyed on site, then disposed of in an environmentally safe manner.

Destruction of larger parcels which are not documents, may be charged depending on its weight.

Only Available in Wellington.
Please make prior arrangement for any pickup, hours are between 10:00am - 4:00pm (Mon - Fri)

Why is this is a charged service?
Unlike Postal carriers like NZ Post, Private Box does not earn revenue from stamps for delivering your mail. We receive revenue by forwarding or scanning your post, this is why we charge for the pickup service.

Wherever you are in the globe we can forward your mail to you. If you do not need your mail straight away we can hold it for you.

Mail can be held at our secured premises for the first three months FREE of charge, after this period storage charges apply.
