Read your documents online

With us, you will be able to read scans of your physical mail online. This service is provided securely through our encrypted server.

Free Document Destruction & Recycling

If you do not need to send your mail we can take care of it for you. Mail is destroyed on site, then disposed of in an environmentally safe manner.

Destruction of larger parcels which are not documents, may be charged depending on its weight.

Mail Pickup

Only Available in Wellington.
Please make prior arrangement for any pickup, hours are between 10:00am - 4:00pm (Mon - Fri)

Why is this is a charged service?
Unlike Postal carriers like NZ Post, Private Box does not earn revenue from stamps for delivering your mail. We receive revenue by forwarding or scanning your post, this is why we charge for the pickup service.

Forwarding your mail

Wherever you are in the globe we can forward your mail to you. If you do not need your mail straight away we can hold it for you.

Secure Storage and Mail Holding

Mail can be held at our secured premises for as long as your account is active, after the free period storage charges apply.
