It all depends on the service you choose we have a simple illistration below. We only charge you for the services you choose and there is no minimum contract length either, so if you only signup for one month and just want one letter scanned, that is all you will pay.

Merchandise has a fairly high level of risk involved and due to a risk of fraud, we limit the amount of merchandise we forward.

If you wish to receive merchandise please complete the PB 130. If you are unsure if you need to submit this form, please Contact us anytime.

As the mail is collected, it is stored in our mail center, then we bundle the mail on the date(s) that you specify.
You may choose to have your mail forwarded on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. You may also choose to manually have the mail forwarded whenever you like.

We have very strict privacy laws in New Zealand and we also have a very strict privacy policy ensuring that your privacy is safe with us. However we cannot guarantee that your mail will not be opened, as any Customs Departments here or abroad may potentially inspect your mail.

Generally our letters and parcels are forwarded in a bundle. You may specify in the message box which is in the box setup how you wish to have your mail sent.
