I�€™m writing you to just update you on the latest News.

Virtual Mail Drop Promotion
First of all please do not forget that the 9 Virtual Mail Drop promotion will be ending shortly. If you wish to take advantage of the low price you must purchase a Virtual Mail Drop before the 20th of July.




Members Area Downtime
Our system may be down for the next few days, this is due to a fault with our secure certificate Vendor Geotrust. We have purchased a new Digital ID but do to the high security of the certificate, it has taken Geotrust longer to register us than anticipated.

The certificate enables you to use our services through an encrypted connection. The existing certificate expires tonight at Midnight NZT. Without the certificate we can not securely operate. If Geotrust have not approved our application by tomorrow, we cannot allow our Members area to operate. This is a major inconvenience for us all as we purchased the certificate with enough time.

So please if you have any mail that may need to be sent please do it before midnight tonight GMT + 1200. We do expect our web host to fix this issue if Geotrust do not pull through.




Fee rise / fee Restructure.
Due to an ever increasing influx of fraud we are being forced to raise our fees to counteract our fraudulent payments. We have received an all time high amount of fraud recently, meaning our relationship with our credit card vendor Worldpay has now lapsed.

Private Postal Services are moving our credit card facilities to a local banking group located within New Zealand. Due to the move we will be ever more vigilant with our credit card payments, we also have now the ability to enforce extra measures to combat fraud.

The move is also very beneficial to you the customers who legitimately pay for our services. By moving our credit card vendor to New Zealand you have even higher privacy protection. Allowing all of our legitimate customers to be protected 100 by New Zealand�€™s privacy act.

We will also be changing our currencies to New Zealand Dollars Only NZD. This will mean all our prices will be quoted in NZD, you will also notice your prepay account balance will increase due to the lower value in the Dollar. We also hope this will counteract many of the misunderstandings in our pricings.
