Here at Private Box we have been working hard on our new scanning system. We are happy to announce that we have worked through all the complications and the system should be ready in the upcoming weeks.

For now we are still able to manually scan your mail and email it to you. If you need to have your mail scanned, this can be done by sending us a quick request through the Contact Us form.

Scanning Prices.
We have dropped the setup fee, and each letter will cost a minimum of NZD 1.50. This will allow for up to 10 scanned pages per document, more than 10 pages will be charged at an individual rate.

Download Mail as PDF.
For ease of use and storage, documents will be scanned then converted into PDF format. Each PDF will be available through the members area and can be downloaded over our encrypted connection.

Free Scanning Trial.
For all current members, the scanning service will be free for the first two weeks. This will allow us to stress test the system and make sure it is up to standard. You do not need to do anything to receive the bonus, it will be available to all members for the first two weeks.


American Express Bonus.
Back for a Limited Time, as an appreciation for all members who use their Amex card, we are offering a five percent bonus on all Amex transactions till the 20th Jan 08.

At the end of each day we will add an extra Five Percent of the total amount to your account.
