Shortly we will be providing a pickup service from our Wellington offices. This service is currently in the initial stages and will be ready for June 2009. Since we started in 2005, we have been asked about mail collection. We are now happy to include this service as part of the services provided at Private Box. Will there be any fees involved? Yes we will charge for this service, we have estimated the fee to be NZ $3 per 20 item block per pickup. Why is this service charged? With your standard PO Box system, the carrier receives revenue from the postage of your mail. We act on your behalf and do not receive commission for receiving your post. The collection of your post and processing it is a manual task and therefore we will charge for this service.
