We are registered - Private Box is a Registered Company (1656061) under the Companies ACT 1993, We are also a registered Postal Operator, which requires us to to obey the governing law and provide lawful services.

PCI data security standards - You are protected by our Private Digital Certificate - using SSL 256bit encryption. We are also complying with the latest bank PCI level security standards.

Secure Credit Card transactions
Credit card payments are completed through a 2-party system, from the secure Private Box server to Paystation. Paystation Limited utilise some of the worlds toughest security procedures throughout their custom Data Center in the Wellington CBD.

Private Box Limited - We use the latest in PCI security procedures; allowing us to guarantee all our credit card payments. All transactions come under insurance policies so in the unlikely event of your card being compromised; you will be refunded the full amount.

Paystation Limited - Your payment details have the security offered by Paystation Limited, a fully AIS PCI DSS compliant Paymark Certified Solutions Provider (CSP), using 128-bit SSL encryption. Credit Card details will be sent directly to the acquiring institution for processing. No card data is available to or used by Private Box Ltd.

Our staff are monitored - To ensure your mail is in safe hands, all staff undergo background checks and advanced testing. We have incorporated Best Practice methods for employing staff and measuring their performance. Our staff are trustworthy.
