There is no comparison among other providers. Before, I'd be charged hundreds of dollars for a period of time, regardless of whether I sent any correspondence or not. With you, I only pay when I process my correspondence. I am very satisfied with that!

Private Box provide Speed, security, privacy. Esp. SSL enabled control panel - this was not included with the previous company, and this defeats the whole purpose of trying to be secure. Your speed in returning customer queries also is excellent.

If I were running a mail box company, I'd do it just like you are.
The web site layout is user-friendly and not cluttered. I enjoy knowing I can deal with a reputable, honest company and not be charged an arm and a leg. In fact, I wish there was a donation button so individuals could donate to you. You deserve it!

your service is superb, you reply to email enquires within a matter of hours, have always be able to answer my questions, and dispatched my mail within 1 day. The mail cost calculator is a great tool, as it allows one to have mail sent at a rate that is advantageous.

I find it very useful to receive the emails notifying me of mail arriving and possible more importantly, allowing me to see if I want it sent or destroyed.
