Before, I'd be charged hundreds of dollars for a period of time, regardless of whether I sent any correspondence or not. With you, I only pay when I process my correspondence. SSL enabled control panel - this was not included with the previous company, and this defeats the whole purpose of trying to be secure. Your speed in returning customer queries also is excellent. If I were running a mail box company, I'd do it just like you are. The web site layout is user-friendly and not cluttered.
