Parcel Collect - NZ Wide Mail Collections
You can also use Parcel Collect to have your mail delivered to a collection point near you.
There are hundreds of Parcel Collect locations around New Zealand. Many are NZ Post outlets, Z service stations, and Countdown Supermarkets.
How Parcel Collect works with Private Box
- Login to your Private Box account and select the mail you want to collect
- Click the Parcel Collect option, and find the location you want
- Add the name of the person collecting the name (they need to show Photo ID when collecting the mail)
- Confirm details are correct
- You get an email confirmation when mail is ready to collect
- Collect your mail for the Parcel collect location with Photo ID
