We are also registered. Private Box is a Registered Company (1656061) under the Companies Act (NZ) and a registered Postal Operator under the Postal Act (NZ). These acts provide a legal framework for delivering our services to you.
We have a small team of nine people and have steadily grown every year to have 1300+ customers. We process thousands of items of mail every week with Monday being our busiest day.
We are closely linked with two businesses at our central Auckland location. Private Box Auckland is located in Parnell in a building shared with Security Deposits Vault, a safe deposit box provider. We also work closely with Space Station Storage to provide secure long-term document storage in Auckland
