We are a mail forwarding company that lets our customers live life how and where they want. We created Private Box in 2005 and have been growing ever since. Our HQ are located in Wellington (New Zealand’s capital city) with addresses in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

We are registered. Private Box is a Registered Company (1656061) under the Companies Act (NZ) and a registered Postal Operator under the Postal Act (NZ). These acts provide a legal framework for delivering our services to you. We are also completing the Enviro Mark programme to show that we are a sustainable business that cares for our environment.

We have a small team of six people and have steadily grown every year to have about 1300 customers at last count. We process about 800 items of mail every week with Monday being our busiest day.

We are closely linked with two businesses at our central Auckland location. Private Box Auckland is located in Parnell in a building shared with Security Deposits Vault, a safe deposit box provider. We also work closely with Space Station Storage to provide secure long term document storage in Auckland
