1. Choose a physical address: When you sign up, you can choose a physical address from various locations. This becomes your official postal address for receiving mail and parcels.

Mail reception: When mail arrives at your chosen address, we will receive it on your behalf, including signing for packages, etc. Each item is saved to your account using your unique code (or name), with details of who it is for, whether it’s a letter or parcel, how much it weighs, and where it is from. For parcels, if a packing slip is accessible outside the box, we will also record details of the contents.
3. Notification:  We will email you when the mail arrives. You can then log in to your secure online account to decide how you want each item handled.
4. Manage your mail: For each mail item, you have several items
   1. Open and scan: We can open and scan the contents so you can read it online (or via email).
   2. Forward: Have your mail items forwarded to any address around the world.
   3. Store: We will store your mail until you are ready to action it
   4. Shred and recycle: You can instruct us to destroy unwanted items securely.
   5. Automation: You can set up rules to automatically perform the above actions based on who the mail is addressed to.
