We had a customer today who was using Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and was having trouble verifying their email address. To make this work, you must mark our domain as “safe”.

Add Safe Domain to Allow List:

Navigate to the Microsoft 365 Defender portal.

Go to Policies & rules > Threat policies.

Under Safe Links, you can add our domain (
secure.privatebox.co.nz
) to the allow list or safe domain list. -
This will ensure that Safe Links doesn’t filter or block links to that domain.
