We had a customer today who was using Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and was having trouble verifying their email address. To make this work, you must mark our domain as “safe”.

  • Add Safe Domain to Allow List:

    • Navigate to the Microsoft 365 Defender portal.

    • Go to Policies & rules > Threat policies.

    • Under Safe Links, you can add our domain (secure.privatebox.co.nz) to the allow list or safe domain list.

    • This will ensure that Safe Links doesn’t filter or block links to that domain.
