How to check your address
To check which address you have selected, simply click the ‘mailbox’ link in the drop down menu at the top right.
On this page, you’ll see the following:
IMPORTANT: Your Mailbox is different to your Folders. You can have many folders inside the same Mailbox. The Folders allow you to set up different rules for different people or companies using your address. You can read more about the Folders here.
I want to use more than one address with my account
If you want to have access to more than one address, or if you want a separate personal and business mailbox – you can set up a second address at any time.
I accidentally selected the wrong address when I set up my account. Can I change the address on my mailbox?
Yes – you can request that we change the address on your mailbox. This can only be done by our staff, so all you need to do is send an email and ask our staff to change the address for you. Please be sure to confirm your current address and let us know which address you want to switch to.
