No, it is not possible to set up a redirection with NZ Post from your Private Box address to another address in New Zealand. Instead, contact senders directly to update your address. Keep your mailbox open for a few months to catch any remaining mail.
Setting up a Redirect to your Private Box address
Include the “Care Of” prefix in the redirection notice (e.g., John Smith, Care of Suite 1234). Submit the form at a post shop. If there are issues, use the ‘business name’ or ‘building name’ fields for the suite number.
