If you have forgotten your password to log into your account with us, it’s easy to have it reset.
How to reset your password
To reset your password, simply go to the log in screen and click the ‘forgot password’ link here.
Enter your Username
Remember – your password can either be the email address you used to set up your account, or a custom username.
Check your email
We will send you an email that will allow you to reset your password.
You will be sent a link you can click that will allow you to reset your password. Once you’ve updated your password, you can go back to the log in page to successfully log in.

Can I change my username?
Yes. You can contact our staff at any time, and we can update your username at any time.
If you have changed your email address at any time, we can change the username to match your new email address, or you can ask us to change your username to something else completely custom.
